"Hi Billy,
Thank you for some stormy crazy fishing this morning!
That was the quickest time I ever got my limits on
sandbass. And your level of professional courtesy was
especially refreshing, a rare pleasure indeed. I only
wish I was an adequate customer enough for you to
consider taking me fishing next time I am in USA.
Billy, Thanks again.
With some exceedingly happy memories..."

"Fished with Billy Seaman and my son this morning.
Bubba and I wanted to do a little crappie fishing so
after putting 21 good sandies and 2 nice legal hybrids
in the box, we started working docks. We kept 31
crappie. Billy knows crappie almost as well as he
knows hybrids and sandies! Who'd of thunk it? We ended
the morning with two gallon sized bags full of
fillets. Can you say fish fry?

"It doesn’t matter if you fish out of Billy's boat or
Billy is fishing with you out of your boat, he will
still put you fish. Billy fished with us Monday
11/9/09 and we had our limit of 100 magnum sand bass
in less than 2 hours of fishing."

"Billy,I had a great time! Perfect day."
- Thanks, Gary |
"Buddies wife gave him a guide trip on CC and left it
up to me to chose the guide. Went out with Billy this
morning and went hybrid hunting first thing. They
popped up here and there and chased them awhile.
Caught several and kept three good ones. Went looking
for sandies and found them in several spots and
finished up with a limit. Great day and Billy worked
hard to find the fish and put us on them. I didn't
catch as many, Billy said it was because of the Texas
Tech hat I had on. For some reason I just couldn't get
untracked today. Tried both sides of the boat, traded
rods and set ups and the fish followed the side I
wasn't on. Even tried the middle and did get a few.
Had a great time and learned a few things about
reading the graph and finding the fish. Thanks a bunch
for a great trip."

"Early Monday morning Joe Pyland and I went fishing
with the guide on Cedar Creek Lake that we have fished
with before. Scotty, a friend that works sometimes at
Traders Village went with us. Billy Seaman put us
right on the fish but they weren't biting with the
usual baits. We tried slabs and crank baits, but only
one was caught.
Next Billy showed us his "HellPet" set up for
trolling. It uses a Hellbender as a downrigger and a
Pet Spoon tied about 4 feet behind it as the lure. The
lines were dropped in the water about 30 feet behind
the boat after he lined us up to cross the schools of
shad (bait fish) that he located on the sonar. We very
quickly started catching fish. This was about 8:30 or
9:00 am. It only took a couple of minutes after
starting a "run" before someone hooked a fish. Before
long we were catching 2 and 3 at a time. The fish
seemed to average about a pound and a half with some
up to 2 1/2 lbs. I caught a couple of real tiny ones
that weren't much longer than my hand :-)
By 10:15 we had caught our limit of 75 fish (25 each)
and headed back to the dock. I think the ice chest
must have weighed over 100 lbs. Luckily Scotty was
there to help carry the chest with Billy. It would
have been a bit too much for me and Joe to lift. LOL.
After Billy finished cleaning the fish we had about 40
lbs of Sand Bass fillets.
Check out his new web site at
http://www.cedarcreekfishing.com/ Be
sure to watch the video. I've used this set up at Lake
Murray and it works, but after learning some more
details from him I'll do much better next trip. Next
time we go out with Billy, I want to catch some
hybrids!"

"Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know that I was one
of groups that went fishing with Billy last Saturday.
Billy took really good care of us and as you can see
we really got into the fish. I'm not much of a
fisherman but Billy made me look good.
Thanks again Billy, we had a great time with you and
I'm sure we'll be planning another trip in the
future."
